Product name, tagline, logo, primary colour, support contact and the links to imprint and privacy policy – on the decision page, in the web chat and on the letterhead of PDFs as well.
Your software
Public API, platform MCP and events to your software. A subscription of your partner Space can receive the events of every customer below it.

Deciding by link – without an account
Your customer's management should approve an offer but get no access to the platform? Add the person under "deciders without an account" and hand them the decision as links.
One link per choice
The person opens the link, sees the decision and confirms with one click. Opening alone decides nothing.
No account, no membership
A name and an address are enough. The page carries the Space's product name, logo and colour.
In the process and the trail
The choice is recorded as that person's decision in the process and in the audit trail. Four-eyes rules apply here as well.
Secure by link
Every link is valid exactly once and for the period you choose. You can withdraw it at any time.

Frequent questions from agencies
Can we build staffplane into our own software?
Yes. The public API and the platform MCP cover the features; events to your software report what happens – signed and with ids only, you read the details through the API.
Can mails come from our customer's domain?
Yes. Mailboxes the platform runs work on your customer's own domain. The platform names the DNS records for it and checks them itself.
What does the platform cost?
Price on request. The platform measures usage per customer; how you pass it on is your decision.
Where do the agents run?
On servers in Germany that we operate ourselves – every customer in an isolated environment of its own. For customers with requirements of their own, the same platform runs on their own infrastructure.
What if a customer leaves?
A Space's contents – roles, rules, skills, agents, channels – can be downloaded as a ZIP in the folder structure Git reads back. Personal data is erased through access and erasure requests.
Can we build products of our own on staffplane?
Yes. The public API, the platform MCP and the events to your software are the building blocks: interfaces of your own, processes of your own and MCP servers of your own that receive a signed context with every call – under your brand.
